June 28 vigil at the National Guard armory in
Teaneck.
The number of troops wounded in Iraq had
really escalated. This numbers represent
extremely serious wounds - head injuries,
single, double, and triple amputations, and
worse. The public is not really aware of this
tragedy.
Members of Chapter 21 of Veterans For Peace have
become regular members of the Wednesday vigil. This
has been very important for the military families and
all of the other members of the vigil. It's important
for the passersby to see, too.

Teaneck on August 23.
On June 28, we placed flowers on the tank which is
in front of the National Guard armory - to
remember those who have died in this illegal and
immoral war.
